Lawrence "Larry" Stelzer

Lawrence Stelzer, Jr., age 74, of 5215 Danmar Road, Whitelaw, passed away Sunday evening, June 25, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.Larry was born on May 28, 1943 in Manitowoc, son of the late Lawrence and Verna (Stipek) Stelzer, Sr. He attended school at St. Patrick's School in Maple Grove. Larry married Shirley Johnson in December of 1978. She preceded him in death on October 25, 1995. In the past Larry worked for the Manitowoc Shipyards, Lakeside and retired from Cedar Crest Ice Cream.He is survived by two sons: Larry Stelzer, Whitelaw; Travis Stelzer, Mauston; one daughter: Kelilyn Stelzer, Manitowoc; five grandchildren: Cordell; Belinda; Sierra; Lily; Hailey; four brothers and sisters-in-law: Howard (Sue) Stelzer, Reedsville; Bob (Gail) Stelzer, Reedsville; Dick (JoAnn) Stelzer, Reedsville; Gene (Mary) Stelzer, Brillion; one sister and brother-in-law: Debra (Tom) Wagner, Manitowoc, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: Larry and Verna Stelzer, Sr.; his wife: Shirley Stelzer; one son: Trent Stelzer; one brother: Ervin Stelzer; one sister: Helen Stelzer.Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 1124 Main Street, Kellnersville from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Entombment will take place on Friday at the Knollwood Mausoleum.
