Shaun R. Larson, age 38, of 530 South 29th Street, Manitowoc, died Saturday morning, December 9, 2017 at his residence.Shaun was born on September 4, 1979 in Manitowoc, son of Kim Larson and Sue Benzinger. Survivors include his father: Kim Larson; his mother: Sue Benzinger; life Partner: Amanda Simon; five children: Elijah, Mia, Maranda, Madaline and Emma; his grandmother: Rita Benzinger; brothers and sisters: Ryan (Paula) Larson; Laura (Brandon) Hoftiezer; Bernie Bast; R.J. Bast; Katie Bast and her fiancée Brad Gamez; Kayla Bast and her special friend: Brandon McCloud; special aunt: Jodie Larson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Rueben and Ion Larson; Robert Benzinger; great- grandparents.Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 1122 South 8th Street, Manitowoc. Deacon Alan Boeldt will officiate. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in his name.
