Ethelyn Bolle

Ethelyn Bolle, age 90, of Reifs Mills, passed away Saturday morning, April 21, 2018 at Harbor View Assisted Living, Manitowoc, with her loving family at her side. The former Ethelyn Junk was born on April 13, 1928, at Cleveland, recently celebrating her 90 birthday, daughter of the late John and Rose (Krizenesky) Junk. Both her parents died before she was 6 years old. She and her 2 brothers, Lloyd and Earl, were raised by an uncle and aunt; Joe and Anna Junk of rural Manitowoc along with their 10 children. Ethelyn attended the Maple Leaf School in Cleveland, Holy Innocents in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1946 from Manitowoc Lincoln High School. On November 19, 1946, she married Dale Bolle at Holy Innocents Catholic Church in Manitowoc by the Rev. E.A. Radey. He preceded her in death on December 12, 2007.She was a former member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Reifs Mills and its Christian Mothers, and the Rockwood Homemakers.She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law: Wayne (Lynne) Bolle, Whitelaw; Alan (Laurie) Bolle, Bellevue; three grandchildren: Luke Bolle, Whitelaw; Angela Konrad, Brillion; Jesse (Natalie) Bolle, Green Bay; two great-granddaughters: Kaitlin Bolle, Mishicot; Madison Konrad, Brillion; one brother and five sisters-in-law: Earl (Jeanette) Junk, Manitowoc; Helen Junk, Manitowoc; Emily Junk, Manitowoc; Elaine Bolle, Manitowoc; Angelin Royal Bolle, TX; one brother-in-law: Lovell Bolle, TX, 82 nieces and nephews, including a special niece and her husband: Pat and Jack Cummings of Reifs Mills, other relatives and many friends also survive including two special friends: Judy Decker and Gerry Heran. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Rose Junk; her step-parents: Joe and Anna Junk; her loving husband of 61 years: Dale Bolle; one daughter-in-law: Mary Sue Bolle; one brother and sister-in-law: Lloyd (Ruth) Junk; 10 of her foster family and 10 of the Bolle family.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 27, 2018 at St. Michael Catholic Church, 110 West Menasha Avenue, Whitelaw. The Rev. Richard Klingeisen will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to follow in St. Anne Cemetery, Francis Creek.
