Howard L. Ebenhoe

The Angels came on Friday morning, July 6, 2018 to take Howard L. Ebenhoe, age 62 home to Heaven to be with his family and friends that have gone before him.Howard was born in Kellnersville on March 29, 1956, son of the late Edward and Charlotte Backhaus Ebenhoe. Howard lived in Kellnersville most of his life until he moved to Manitowoc in 1992. He lived at various Group Homes until 2005 when Hannah Home became his permanent home. Howard attended Riverview School in Manitowoc, and Holiday House for 41 years until his retirement on June 25th. of this year.Howard's life was well lived; he didn't let lifelong disabilities and six months of cancer stop him from bringing sunshine and laughter into the lives of others.He is survived by five sisters: Lorraine Ebenhoe, Manitowoc; Jane Ebenhoe, Manitowoc; Marilyn (Jerry) Neuser, Mishicot; Margaret "Marge" Phillip (Don Micke), Forest Junction; LindaJean Ebenhoe, Green Bay; three brothers: Ralph (Bonnie) Ebenhoe, Menomonee Falls; Marvin (Millie) Ebenhoe, Manitowoc; Joe (Kitina) Ebenhoe, Orange, CA; one sister-in-law: Lynn Ebenhoe, Manitowoc, many nieces and nephews. His Hannah Home and Holiday House Families also survive. He was met at Heaven's gate by his parents: Edward and Charlotte Ebenhoe; three brothers: Ronald Ebenhoe, Edward Ebenhoe and an infant brother, Roger Ebenhoe; one brother-in-law: Dennis Phillip; one nephew: Christopher Neuser.Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July10, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. Rev. Dennis Ryan will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial, with burial to follow at the parish cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Monday, July 9, 2018 at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 1124 Main Street Kellnersville from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a parish prayer service at 7:00 p.m. led by Sr. Gerri Krautkramer. Visitation will continue on Tuesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Holiday House.
