Nancy Klotz Obituary

Nancy C. Klotz, age 78, of 1409 North 3rd Street, Manitowoc, died Tuesday evening, September 4, 2018, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay surrounded by her loving family.Nancy was born on November 9, 1939, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Albert and Nora (Hintz) Nelesen. She attended local area schools in Manitowoc and graduated with the class of 1957 from Manitowoc Lincoln High School. On June 24, 1961 Nancy married Gordon A. "Gordy" Klotz at First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. He preceded her in death on October 9, 1999. Nancy was employed at Arimon Technologies, Inc. from 1983 until her retirement. She was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. Nancy enjoyed golfing, bowling and traveling and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great granddaughter.Survivors include her children: Jeffrey (Donna) Klotz, Richfield; Cheryl Klotz, Appleton; Jodi (Kenrick) Rohde, West Bend; and Stephen (Rebecca) Klotz, Green Bay; six grandchildren: Anna Klotz, Karina Klotz, Rebecca Rohde, Samantha (Justin) Black, Elizabeth Rohde, and Owen Klotz; one great grandchild: Nevaeh Black; one brother: Albert Nelesen Jr., Phoenix, AZ, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Nora Nelesen; her husband: Gordon Klotz; her father-in-law and mother-in-law: DeLyle and Hermina Klotz; and sister-in-law: Marjorie Nelesen. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 916 Pine Street, Manitowoc. Rev. Daniel R. Sims will officiate with burial to take place at Evergreen Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Manitowoc is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
