Nyle E. Taddy, age 88, of Two Rivers, died Monday afternoon, August 13, 2018 at his residence.Nyle was born on October 21, 1929 in Two Rivers, son of the late William and Emma (Gagnon) Taddy. On August 4, 1951 he married the former Dorothy Daugs at St. Luke Catholic Church in Two Rivers. Nyle was a commercial fisherman his entire life.Survivors include his wife of 67 years: Dorothy Taddy, Two Rivers; six children: Bill (Milli) Taddy, Two Rivers; Crystal Taddy, Two Rivers; Tim (Ruth) Taddy, Kenosha; Nick (Kathy) Taddy, FL; Brenda Taddy, Two Rivers; Morgan (Sherry) Taddy, Two Rivers; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents: William & Emma Taddy; two brothers: Hubert Taddy; Howard "Br. Nilus" Taddy; three sisters: Mae (Ray) Pagels; Margaret (Dick) Allie; Sr. Joseph Taddy. According to Nyle's wishes no services will be held. Entombment will take place at Calvary Mausoleum, Manitowoc. The Jens Family Funeral Home & Crematory is serving the family.
