Rose M. Wachholz

Rose M. Wachholz, age 82, of Francis Creek, died late Tuesday evening, June 26, 2018 at Aurora BayCare Medical Center, Green Bay with her loving family at her side.Rose was born on December 13, 1935 in Bessemer, MI, daughter of the late Lawrence and Stella (Kacala) Prucca. She attended local area schools in Bessemer. On November 17, 1956 Rose was married to Edwin F. Wachholz at St. Emeric's Catholic Church in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on May 28, 2006. In the past Rose had worked for Kaysun Plastics in Manitowoc. She was a very caring and nurturing women and was dedicated to her children and grandchildren. Rose was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Francis Creek.Survivors include her four children and spouses: Lynn (Randy) Gessert, Mishicot; Darold (Carol) Wachholz, Mishicot; Jim (Debbie) Wachholz, Two Rivers; Joy Recore, Two Rivers; seven grandchildren: Michael Wachholz, Jill (Alan) Swade, Cory Gessert and his fiancée: Sarah Smith, Craig Gessert, Adam Wachholz, Ashley Recore and Amanda Recore, four great-grandchildren: Hope, Trinity, Aubree and Abby; one sister: Catherine Shepherd, Grafton; one sister-in-law: Lucille Prucca, Grafton, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lawrence and Stella Prucca; her husband: Edwin F. Wachholz; one grandson: Brian Wachholz; one infant great-granddaughter: Abigail; one sister and two brothers-in-law: Florence (Marian) Sabec; Eddie Shepherd; one brother: Robert Prucca.Private family funeral services were held on Monday, July 2, 2018, at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home in Kellnersville. The Rev. Jeff J. Briones officiated with burial at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery in Francis Creek.
